Terms and conditions

Last updated · May 19, 2026

These terms and conditions govern the use of cumbresycopas.com.ar and the contracting of the services offered by Cumbres y Copas. By browsing the site or requesting a travel proposal, you accept these terms in full.

1. Who we are

Cumbres y Copas is a boutique travel agency based in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. We design and operate private, tailor made trips across the Cuyo region.

2. Use of the site

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep the published information accurate, but prices, dates, availability and descriptions may change without prior notice. The binding commercial information is the one we confirm in writing in a personalized proposal.

3. Inquiries and bookings

An inquiry submitted through the site does not constitute a booking. A booking is firm only once you receive our written proposal, accept it in writing, and the agreed deposit has been paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Argentine pesos or US dollars depending on the service and on the tax status of the traveler. Available payment methods are stated in the proposal. International payments may be subject to bank fees or payment processor charges, which are borne by the traveler.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellation conditions are detailed case by case in the signed proposal, since they depend on the providers included. As a general rule we apply the following.

6. Liability

Cumbres y Copas acts as an organizer and coordinator of tourism services. The actual providers (wineries, restaurants, hotels, mountain operators, transport) are directly responsible for the delivery of each service. We do not assume liability for force majeure events, weather conditions, government decisions, closures of mountain passes, or operational changes from providers beyond our reasonable control.

7. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase travel insurance with medical coverage, baggage and cancellation. For mountain activities, insurance is mandatory and a certificate is requested prior to departure.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, photographs, visual identity, design) is the property of Cumbres y Copas or is used with permission. Total or partial reproduction without our written consent is not permitted.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Mendoza, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might apply.
