At Cumbres y Copas (hereinafter "we" or "us") we take care of the personal data of everyone who interacts with our agency. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are as the owner of that data.
The processing of your data is governed by Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and its regulations.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the information you voluntarily share with us through the contact forms on the site, WhatsApp, email or phone. This is usually your name, email, WhatsApp number, number of travelers, estimated dates, travel interests, and any additional information you choose to share.
When you browse the site we also store technical data such as IP address, browser, operating system and aggregated behavior, in order to improve the experience and our security posture.
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data for the following purposes.
- To answer your inquiry and build a tailor made travel proposal.
- To stay in touch during the planning and execution of the trip.
- To comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations.
- To improve the site, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
- To send you updates only if you gave us explicit consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on the explicit consent you give when you complete a form, start a conversation with us, or book a trip. When the law requires it, we also use your data to comply with that obligation.
5. Retention period
Data tied to an inquiry that does not result in a commercial engagement is kept for a maximum of 24 months. Data tied to a booked trip is kept for the legal term applicable to the accounting, civil and tax records of the transaction.
6. Recipients of the data
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We share only the information strictly necessary with providers directly involved in your trip, such as wineries, hotels, drivers and guides. All providers act under our instructions and under reasonable confidentiality measures.
For analytics and site operations we use services like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare, which may receive aggregated or pseudonymous technical data.
7. International transfers
Some of the technology providers mentioned above are located outside Argentina. In those cases we ensure that transfers comply with Argentine regulations and that the recipient offers an adequate level of protection.
8. Data subject rights
As the owner of the data you have the following rights.
- To access, update and correct your data.
- To request deletion when it is no longer necessary.
- To object to direct marketing processing.
- To withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. While we do our best, no internet system is completely invulnerable.
